Imageco Returns Guide
In the first instance please call 0845 130 77 00 and let us know about the problem. Our helpful staff will be pleased to assist you with any query you may have.
How to return goodsConfirmation of the “reason for return” should be sent in writing to Imageco, Britannia House, Hunslet, Leeds. LS10 2BR or via email to sales@Imagecoltd.com within 5 working days of the receipt of goods by the client or his agent.
If the goods were refused due to damage in transit or signed for as “DAMAGED UNCHECKED”, the cost of return should be borne by the courier company. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the Imageco and the goods will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion ) should the “reason for return” be found valid. Imageco will not refund goods (for business to business transactions) that are: a) undamaged and in good working order b) repairable c) custom made, i.e. personalized d) in the possession of the client for more than 5 working days without the client informing Imageco of any complaint. In all cases we reserve the right to repair or replace goods over refunding monies.
Should the goods be rejected purely under the distance selling regulations (applies to consumer purchases only) then delivery costs and financial costs (e.g. credit card charges) incurred by Imageco will be borne by the consumer. Refunds in these cases will be refunded upon the receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the consumer.

LS10 2BROnce clearance has been given by Imageco, please package securely and dispatch to the above address. In some instances it may not be necessary to return the item after you have spoken to a member of staff so please always call us first.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goodsIn the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure the recipient signs for the goods as "damaged" or "unchecked".
