Case Study - Trolley wraps
A client of ours who had dealings with major supermarket chains wanted to use trolleys as a means of advertising their client’s products. Together we created
custom graphics, covering the trolleys in lightweight printed card and making shelves to go inside to help store the customer’s products.
The prints that we produce need to be custom made to fit each particular trolley promotion and the graphics need to be eye-catching. Our Flatbed, which can print
unique designs onto sheets up to 2m x 3m, produces the stunning
custom graphics, and then they are cut to exciting shapes on our CNC cutting machine.
Each time the project is varied requiring us to use different machines and differing forms of media. We produce prototypes for each job and once signed off we work out the most effective method of producing the job. The deadlines are often tight and involve a huge collation task at the end as all the different elements of each trolley wrap are brought together.
