1. Do i get a discount if i order a certain quantity?
Answer - Ordering over a certain quantity may entitle you to a discount. Check the special offer bar on the product. If the particular product you require doesn't have a discount, and you would like order an order over 10, then please ring 0845 130 77 00 or fill out our enquiry form.
Questions on Quality
2. What kind of printing method do Imageco use for a Quick Screen?
Answer - You can produce a Quick screen using many methods. At Imageco we have an abundance of high quality printing machinery at our disposal. The piece of kit we choose for our online quick screen is the premium quality Durst Lambda. This is a photographic printer at 200 dpi which produces perfect skin tones, solid colours and smooth gradients. The print is then protected with a wipeable matt laminate which is then attached to the mechanism leaving you with one of the highest quality Quick screen on the market.
3. What kind of printing method do Imageco use for Pop ups?
Answer - The graphics produced by the Durst Lambda are perfect for any display stand. Producing pin sharp text and photographic quality imagery, your design will no doubt shine at any exhibition or event. The print is protected by a wipeable scratch resistant laminate and a light block backing is applied to the reverse of your graphic helping your pop up give its maximum impact.
4. What kind of printing method do Imageco use for the Edge Display Stand?
Answer - The Imageco Edge modular system uses the identical print method to the Pop up display stand.
5. What kind of printing method do Imageco use for Pavement Signs?
Answer - Imageco has the perfect printing techinique to cope with Britains varying weather conditions. As a pavement sign is mainly for outdoor advertising, we produce pavement graphics with our Durst Rho flat bed inkjet. Once again this piece of kit produces amazing text, skin tones and solid colours in which, left in the sunlight do not fade for up to 5 years. The ink is water proof and biodegradable and the same can be said for the paper we use.
6. Will my graphics be the correct colours when printed?
Answer - Imageco are a professional set up and we take colour management very seriously. As we are a retail print company, we know the pressures of matching corporate brand colours. All our rips, printers and substrates are calibrated and profiled daily with Gretag Macbeth software. When solid colours are of importance, you must apply a pantone colour to your artwork or if not able to do so, send Imageco the pantone number in the details when sending your artwork on our upload tool.
Questions on artwork
7. How do I know that you have received my order?
Answer - Once payment is complete online you will receive a receipt via e-mail confirming your order. This will state your product details with the price, invoice address and delivery address.
8. How do I send my artwork to you?
Answer - The preferred method for Imageco to receive artwork is using our upload tool. This can be found on our home page or as a hyperlink on your e-mailed receipt. Other methods include Isdn, CD or e-mail.
9. How do i know you have received my artwork?
Answer - Once you have successfully uploaded your artwork, you will receive a receipt via e-mail explaining that Imageco have successfully received your artwork.
10. What happens if i've made a mistake on my artwork and have already sent it to Imageco?
Answer - Before commencing any work we will e-mail you with a pdf proof for you to sign off. If you have picked up on a mistake before you have received your proof, then simply speak to our production team on 0845 130 77 00 or e-mail production@imagecoltd.com. Always remember to quote your order number.
11. What format do i create my artwork in?
Answer - At Imageco we keep up to date with the latest software realeases and are able to handle applications such as Indesign, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop and Quark. Why not just send a High resolution pdf. We do not handle office based applications such as Excel, Word or Powerpoint.
12. How do i know what size artwork to create?
Answer - To size the artwork correctly, go directly to the product on-line and download the specifications sheet, or you can download an overview of each catagory in our support page. Alternatively, speak to one of our sales team on 0845 130 77 00.
Questions on Canvas
13. Will i have to buy my own hanging kit to hang my canvas?
Answer - No, your canvas will arrive for you ready to hang and complete with hanging hooks.
14. How long will it take before i receive my Canvas?
Answer - Canvas art will be delivered to the address provided by you between 3 and 5 days. You will recieve an e-mail explaining that the item has been despatched and you will be given a tracking number. We send all our products on a next day delivery.
15. What time will my canvas arrive?
Answer - Your canvas will be delivered anytime between 9am and 5.30pm the following day on receiving your e-mail informing you, that your canvas has been despatched.
16. Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?
Answer - As your canvas will be arriving by courier we do require that someone is there to sign for the parcel, so sometimes it may be useful to give us your work address or a friends address if you are not likely to be about during the day.
17. I can't find the size i need for my picture?
Answer - This is no problem, all you have to do is contact Imageco with your enquiry and we'll be happy to give you a cost for a bespoke size.
Answer - Your image is is wrapped around the sides of the wooden frame as well as the front. It is important to remember that you will loose 1" of image for each side of the frame from the front of the canvas.
Answer - If your canvas does not accommodate loosing 1" of image to the 4 sides from the front of the canvas, then this is the choice for you. We will only print on the front of the frame with the sides wrapped with plain canvas.
Questions on delivery
20. Will i get confirmation that my goods have been sent to me?
Answer - Yes, we will inform you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number. The goods will arrive the following day on receiving this e-mail.
21. What time will my goods arrive?
Answer - Your canvas will be delivered anytime between 9am and 5.30pm the
following day on receiving your e-mail informing you, that your canvas
has been despatched.
